Balloon Printing
You are "talking" to the experts! B-Loony have been specialist balloon printers for more than 30 years and have pioneered balloon printing techniques.
B-Loony leads the way in balloon printing technology using two exclusive methods:
LaserPrint®Multi-colour prints; up to 5 colour designs on 1 or 2 sides of the balloon.
Laseround®Multi-colour and Multi-logo; up to 4 single colour prints and 4 different designs on 4 sides of the balloon.
How are latex balloons printed?Latex balloons are normally screen-printed while inflated and then deflated, returning to their original shape after drying. A printing screen is required for each colour or design and these will be kept on file for 6 months. B-Loony uses Pantone Matching System® colours, the international printing language to reproduce and match customers' print requirements. The reproduction of Pantone colours may vary slightly due to the colour of the balloon and the result must not be compared to printing on paper.
What can be printed on a latex balloon?B-Loony's unique LaserPrint® technique for latex balloons is capable of reproducing complex corporate logos and artwork to the highest quality registration for 5 colour designs on 1 or 2 sides. With B-Loony's multi-colour and multi-logo Laseround® up to 4 single colour prints and 4 different designs can be printed on 4 sides of the balloons. B-Loony uses high-tech photo image inspection to check the quality of multi-colour prints. Due to printing on a soft surface, there may be movement between colours when printing multiple colours.
Foil Balloon PrintingIdeal for point of sale and long lasting decorations, foil balloons can be custom printed in up to 5 colour designs on l or 2 sides.
